- Non-returnable items: Certain items like digital downloads, customized products, and perishable goods are exempt from being returned.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [your email address] and we’ll guide you through the process.
5. Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning a high-value item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- All digital product sales (including downloads like our Sing-Along Comics) are final and non-refundable, unless there is a technical issue preventing access. Please reach out to us for support if you encounter any issues.
